I’m Nicole, and my culinary journey began in the heart of the kitchen, where my life has always revolved around the joy of food. From holidays to parties and even vacations, fantastic food has been a constant in my life.

My passion for food goes back to a time when everything wasn’t conveniently packaged, and my mom made every dish from scratch. Those were the days!

Growing up, my mom’s job as a nutrition educator for low-income families in the Midwest fueled my love for sharing delicious yet budget-friendly recipes. Our home became her taste-testing ground, and luckily, we had more culinary triumphs than mishaps.

Now, as an adult and someone living with major gluten intolerance, my culinary adventures have taken a delightful turn.
